2 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 bunches Basil (Only leaves)
30 grams grated Parmesan
100 milliliters olive oil
100 milliliters milk
20 grams butter
25 grams cornstarch
200 milliliters Whipped cream
4 eggs
4 Cherry tomatoes
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Combine garlic, 1 bunch of basil, Parmesan and oil, season with salt and pepper and puree in a blender to a smooth paste.

Heat milk combined with butter and add cornstarch, stirring. Simmer until milk thickens, stirring constantly. Season with a little pepper and gradually add cream. Add milk cream to basil paste in a blenderand  puree together briefly. Gradually add eggs. mixing well.

Chop remaining basil leaves and add to the mixture. Spread mixture in a greased round baking pan. Place into a pan filled with hot water so that grain pan is standing halfway in water. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 40-45 minutes (inserted toothpick should come out clean). Remove from the oven and cool. Invert onto a plate and refrigerate. Cut into pieces and serve garnished with cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
