- 1 large garlic clove (minced)
- 2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 Tbsps Apple juice
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsps Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 4 boneless Pork chop
- 2 Tbsps olive oil

- fresh parsley (finely chopped)
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat broiler and set rack 12-inches beneath heat.
2.
Combine ketchup, garlic, vinegar, honey, apple juice, soy sauce, mustard, paprika and oregano in a glass jar with a tight sealing lid. Shake to incorporate and keep barbecue sauce refrigerated until needed.
3.
Brush the pork with the olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and then set in a broiler pan or sturdy baking tray. Broil 5 minutes, and then turn over and broil 3 minutes more.

Turn each chop over again, and brush each with the barbecue sauce. Broil 2 to 3 minutes, more, or until cooked through and nicely colored.

Garnish with parsley and serve with a garden salad.
