4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Drain the beans. Peel and julienne the onions. Crumble the feta cheese. Rinse and dry the basil, then finely chop the leaves.

2.

Mix the vinegar with the oil, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss together with all of the salad ingredients, then serve in bowls.
