- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- ½ Cucumber (washed and sliced lengthwise in thin ribbons)
- 4 cups mixed salad
- 1 carrot (peeled and sliced lengthwise into ribbons)
- 1 red chili pepper (chopped)
- 1 Red onion (peeled and sliced)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Tbsps soy sauce
- 4 Tbsps Beef stock

Use a mandolin vegetable peeler to help create ribbons.

Preparation steps

Season steaks with pepper.

Arrange salad ingredients on individual plates.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook steaks for about 1 minute on each side. Remove steaks from skillet and allow to rest briefly, then slice into thin strips. Deglaze the juices in the skillet with soy sauce and stock.
4.
Place meat on top of the salad while still hot. Drizzle with sauce and serve.
