- 2 Beefsteak tomato
- 1 scoop Mozzarella (125 grams)
- 1 garlic clove
- salt
- ½ bunch Basil
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- freshly ground peppers
- 350 grams Beef fillet
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Preparation steps

Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, then rinse, peel, quarter, core and finely dice. Drain mozzarella and cut into small cubes. Peel garlic and finely crush with a little salt. Rinse basil, shake dry, cut the leaves into thin strips and mix with the diced tomatoes and mozzarella.

Whisk vinegar with garlic and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix with the tomato mixture.

Cut beef into 6 thin slices and pound until slightly thinner. Brush lightly with olive oil and grill about 2 minutes per side on a hot grill.

Serve beef with tomato salad. Serve with garlic bread, if desired.
