- 3 cups Beef (thinly sliced)
- 4 cloves garlic cloves (chopped)
- ½ tsp fennel seeds
- 2 tsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 cup canned Diced tomatoes
- ½ cup Red wine
- 1 Tbsp fresh oregano (chopped)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet; add extra-virgin olive oil, cook beef, garlic and fennel seeds over medium heat, until the beef is browned, about 4 minutes. Add beef broth, tomatoes and wine; cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes. Stir in oregano, salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta; serve topped with the sauce.
