- 2 cups cooked in juice Beets
- 2 cups Raspberries
- 1 cup plain Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp light Agave syrup
- 1 cup crushed Ice

Preparation steps
1.
Combine the beets and their juice with the raspberries, yoghurt, and agave nectar in a food processor or blender.
2.
Blend on high for 1 minute.
3.
Add the crushed ice and blend again for another minute.
4.
Pour into glasses and serve.
