Preparation steps

For the beet juice: Peel the beets and cut into pieces. Rinse and coarsely chop the fennel. Reserve some chopped fennel leaves for garnish. Rinse the grapes and drain. Rinse the plums, halve and remove pits. Place the beets, fennel, grapes and plums in a juicer, and pulse until smooth. Stir in the apple juice and lemon juice. Pour into drinking glasses.

For the frothed milk: In a bowl, froth the milk. Pour some on top of each juice.

For serving: Serve garnished with a pinch of chili and the fennel fronds.
