- 9 ozs Beets (precooked; vacuum packed)
- 4 mature Banana
- 3 Tbsps Almond milk
- 3 Tbsps Chia seeds
- 1 ½ tsps ground Turmeric
- 1 tsp Poppy seeds

Preparation steps
Dice beet. Peel bananas and cut into slices. Freeze both for about 3 hours.
Then puree with almond drink, 2 tbsp. chia seeds and 1 tsp. turmeric in a stand mixer to a fine ice cream. Pour into 6 glasses (approx.5 ounces each) and serve sprinkled with remaining chia seeds, poppy seeds and a little turmeric.
