400 grams Red Berry (such as raspberries, red currants, strawberries)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
200 grams cream cheese
4 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
60 grams powdered sugar
150 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and clean berries as needed. Crush berries together with lemon juice finely with a fork. Whisk cream cheese with yogurt, powdered sugar and berry puree. Beat cream until stiff and fold into berry mixture. Spread mixture in popsicle forms and freeze for about 2 hours. Place wooden stick in the middle of each portion and freeze for 3 hours more.

Remove from the freezer about 5 minutes before serving and remove from the forms, serve immediately.
