350 grams Blueberries

250 milliliters red Grape juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse berries and gently pat dry, then puree and strain through a sieve. Mix together puree with grape juice and sugar. Pour mixture into a metal pan and freeze 3-4 hours. (Alternatively, process in an ice cream maker, according to manufacturer’s instructions.)

During freezing time, stir mixture vigorously every 30 minutes to prevent large ice crystals from forming. Scoop sorbet into bowls or and garnish with waffles, if desired.
