400 grams Sepia Spaghetti (Black spaghetti)
400 grams Cuttlefish (cleaned, ready to cook)
2 garlic cloves
½ bunch scallions
250 grams Cherry tomatoes
4 Tbsps olive oil
2 tsps rosemary (chopped)
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Cut squid into rings.

Rinse and dry scallions, cut into rings.

3.

Peel garlic and chop finely.

4.

Blanach cherry tomatoes in hot water and peel.

Heat oil in a saucepan and saute squid, garlic and scallions for about 20 minutes on low heat. Add cherry tomatoes and season with rosemary, salt and pepper, bring to a boil. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, drain.

6.

Add spaghetti to squid pan and toss well. Arrange in plates and serve.
