Black Tea with Lemon

Nutritional values
Not only coffee wakes us up, but also tea, because it also contains caffeine. One cup contains about 20-50 milligrams of caffeine, which is responsible for the encouraging effect. Black tea also contains the tanning agent tannin, which has a calming effect on our intestinal mucosa. In combination with lemon and honey, the tea counteracts cell stress and thus protects us from aging processes.
Honey has many health benefits, unfortunately the positive ingredients are heat sensitive and are destroyed at temperatures above 40 degrees. Let your tea cool down slightly and only then stir in the honey to benefit from it. If you prefer to enjoy black tea with lemon hot, then honey is only a sugar substitute but still delicious.
