3 black peppercorns
1 Cinnamon stick
4 Cardamom
2 cloves
1 Star anise
2 tsps black Tea (such as Assam)
200 milliliters milk
honey (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Combine peppercorns, cinnamon stick, cardamom seeds, cloves and star anise with 500 ml (approximately 2 cups) water. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat, about 10 minutes.

Remove from the heat, add black tea and let steep 3-5 minutes. Strain and pour into glasses.

3.

Heat milk and froth with a whisk or a milk frother. Divide between glasses. Sweeten to taste with honey and serve.
