Preparation steps

Rinse the blueberries and mash half finely with a fork. Pour the mashed berries into a popsicle mold and add the whole berries. Mix the buttermilk and powdered sugar. Fold in the cream and beat until stiff. Pour the cream into the popsicle mold and freeze for 1 hour. Insert a popsicle stick into each and freeze for another 3 hours. Serve cold.
