14 ozs Blueberries
7 ozs Blackberry
7 ozs Currants
1 pomegranate (seeds)

Preparation steps

1.

Combine sugar with 5 ounces of water and lime zest, bring to a boil. Simmer for a few minutes until sugar dissolved, remove from heat and cool.

2.

Clean berries. Set about half of blueberries aside. Purée all the rest of berries, strain through a fine sieve and combine with syrup and lime juice. Combine blueberries and pomegranate seeds. Place everything into metal tray and freeze for at least 5 hours stirring occasionally. Serve as needed.
