- 300 grams fresh Blueberries
- 200 grams Quark
- 250 grams Mascarpone
- 2 Tbsps Orange juice
- 2 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
- 80 grams sugar
- 150 grams Whipped cream
- 1 untreated Orange (zest)
- 6 mint
Preparation steps

Rinse the blueberries and drain well. Mix the quark, mascarpone, orange juice, vanilla sugar and sugar. Whip the cream.
2.
Mix the blueberries (saving a few) with the cream and fold into the mascarpone cream. Spread the cream between glasses. Serve garnished with the remaining berries, orange zest and mint leaves.
