Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the blueberries and drain thoroughly. Set some blueberries aside for garnish, if you'd like. Place the remaining blueberries in the freezer for 10 minutes. 

2.

Puree the frozen blueberries with the lemon juice, honey, and the quark in the blender. Gradually incorporate the buttermilk until the desired consistency has been reached. 

3.

Pour the drink into glasses, garnish with the reserved blueberries, and serve.
