Preparation steps

1.

Scrub the potatoes, peel, and cut into thick slices.

Put the potatoes in a saucepan, just cover with water, add a little salt and bring to a boil. Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes until soft.

In the meantime cut the ham into strips and tie the chives in rolls, of a few stalks as bundles for garnish.

4.

Bring milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in the sour cream and heat it with, with salt, pepper and nutmeg, add the ham. Drain the potatoes.

Serve the potatoes with the cream sauce on plates garnished with chives.
