800 grams Turnip (or other type of turnips)
1 tsp powdered sugar
2 Tbsps butter
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt
2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and peel turnips, leaving some of the green tops. In a hot pan, melt butter with powdered sugar. Add turnips and cook, stirring, until slightly caramelized.

Add lemon juice and a little water and season with salt. Cover and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove lid and cook until liquid has evaporated. Serve garnished with parsley.
