- 1 Red chili pepper
- 1 garlic clove (peel)
- 4 Tbsps Lime juice
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 Schnitzel
- salt
Preparation steps

Rinse the chili and peel the garlic. Chop finely and mix with 4 tablespoons of lime juice. Mix with the sugar and oil.

Rub the schnitzel in the marinade and cover. Let sit for 1 hour. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pat the schnitzel dry with paper towels. Cook on each side for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt.
