- 1 Avocado (About 200 grams)
- 2 stalks Basil
- 1 stalk parsley
- 300 grams Cottage cheese
- 1 splash lemon juice
- salt
- peppers
- 4 slices Bread (each 40 grams)
Preparation steps
1.
Peel avocado, cut in half, remove seeds and dice into small cubes.
2.
Rinse herbs, shake dry and chop leaves.
3.
Mix avocado cubes with cottage cheese and herbs and season with 1 dash of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
4.
Spread avocado mixture on the bread slices and serve.
