- 100 grams light cream cheese
- 150 grams Radish
- salt
- peppers
- Cress (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Spread each slice of bread with the cream cheese. Rinse, trim and cut the radishes into small cubes. Sprinkle the radishes on top of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with watercress and serve.
