- 200 grams Sliced cheese (Edam or Gouda)
- 2 small red onions
- 150 grams Radish
- 70 grams Daikon radish
- 125 milliliters lukewarm Beef broth
- 1 tsp hot Mustard
- 2 Tbsps Fruit Vinegar
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- 4 Tbsps Corn oil
- 600 grams Bologna sausage (in slices)
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the cheese into small, bite-sized pieces or strips. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Rinse radishes, trim and cut into thin slices. Peel daikon radish and thinly slice on a mandoline.

Mix the broth, mustard, vinegar and chives and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in the oil. Peel sausages and slice thinly. Mix together with the prepared salad ingredients and the salad dressing. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3.
Serve with fresh pretzels or crackers, if desired.
