Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the radishes, then thinly slice. Peel and slice the onions into thin rings.

Mix the radish, onions, 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil, and 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve in bowls.
