250 grams starchy potatoes

2 lg slices Whole Wheat Bread
20 grams butter
150 grams Porcini mushroom
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp freshly chopped thyme
peppers (from the mill)
60 milliliters milk
Nutmeg
thyme (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and steam for about 30 minutes.

Generously butter the bread. Rinse the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Sauté for 1-2 minutes in hot oil. Sprinkle with thyme and season with salt and pepper. 

3.

Peel the potatoes and mash with the hot milk until a smooth puree is formed. Season with salt and nutmeg. Scoop onto the bread. Arrange the mushrooms on top and serve garnished with thyme.
