- 2 eggs
- 50 grams Pastry flour
- 150 grams breadcrumbs

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse fish fillets, pat dry and cut into strips (about 2 x 8 cm) (approximately 1 x 3 inches). Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Whisk eggs into a bowl. Place flour onto plate, place breadcrumbs on another plate. Coat each fish piece with flour, dip into eggs and roll in breadcrumbs, pressing firmly.
2.
Heat oil in a pan and cook fish sticks, few at a time, until golden brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels and arrange, if desired, on lettuce leaves. Serve accompanied by lemon wedges and ketchup.
