Preparation steps

Crack 1 or 2 eggs into the bottom portion of the the egg cooker. Add milk and whisk gently with a fork. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Microwave for 1 minute (cooking time may vary depending on microwave size).

Meanwhile, toast bagel.

Place bacon and cheese on bagel bottom. Lift eggs out of egg cooker and place on muffin. Serve hot.
