- 7 Radish
- 250 grams Ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- salt
- white peppers
- 4 slices tramezzino (about 10 x 23 cm)
- 4 Lettuce (such as Chinese cabbage or iceberg)
- 100 grams Bresaola (in slices)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, trim and cut 4 of the radishes into thin slices. Finely chop the rest. Mix ricotta with chopped radishes and chives and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Spread 2 slices of sandwich bread with ricotta cheese and top with lettuce leaves (rinsed and spun-dry). Place Bresaola and radish slices on lettuce and top with more ricotta.
3.
Top sandwiches with remaining two slices of bread and cut into pieces. Serve as a snack.
