200 grams Dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
120 grams Milk chocolate (30% cocoa)
100 grams butter
2 tsps Crème fraiche
100 grams Macadamia Nuts
3 eggs
200 grams brown sugar
½ tsp salt
180 grams Pastry flour
10 grams Baking powder

Preparation steps

1.

Coarsely chop both chocolates and melt with the butter over a hot water bath. Stir in the creme fraiche. Remove from the heat.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a deep baking dish with parchment paper.

Coarsely chop the nuts. Beat the eggs, sugar and salt until creamy. Gradually add the cooled chocolate. Mix the flour, nuts and baking powder. Fold the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture. Pour the batter into the baking dish and smooth. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

4.

Remove from the oven, let cool, cut into pieces and serve.
