22 ozs Brussels sprouts

1 Baguette
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsps softened butter
1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
7 ozs Cherry tomatoes
1 onion
22 ozs Beef (such as loin)
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse the brussels sprouts and cook in salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. Drain well.

Cut the baguette diagonally several times but do not cut all the way through. Peel the garlic. Press one clove and mix with the butter, parsley and salt. Spread the butter into the cuts and bake the baguette for 5 minutes

Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Peel and finely chop the onion and remaining garlic clove. Rinse the meat and cut into strips. Sauté the onion with the garlic in hot oil in a large frying pan briefly. Add the meat and fry for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the Brussels sprouts and tomatoes to warm them. Season to taste. Serve with the garlic bread.
