1 bunch parsley
40 grams butter
50 grams fried onion (premade)
salt

Nutmeg (freshly grated)
400 grams Raclette Cheese (sliced)

Preparation steps

1.

Halve brussel sprouts lengthwise. Rinse parsley, shake dry and chop. Melt butter and mix with brussel sprouts, parsley and onions. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

2.

Arrange brussel sprouts mixture in the pan, cover with cheese and roast under a hot broiler for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted, watching carefully. Remove from the oven and serve.
