Preparation steps

For the salad: Rinse and trim the Brussels sprouts. Cook in a pot of boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.

Rinse the scallions and cut into rings. Cut the hot dogs into 0.5 cm (approximately 1/8 inch) thick diagonal slices.

For the dressing: In a bowl, whisk the sherry vinegar with the oil and mustard until thoroughly combined. Season with the salt and pepper to taste, and the marjoram.

4.

For serving: In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with the scallions, hot dog slices and dressing until thoroughly combined.
