- 1 kilogram younger Green cabbage
- salt
- 1 red onion
- 2 Tbsps Plum sauce
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- Worcestershire sauce
- Chili powder
Preparation steps

Rinse the cabbage, trim, remove the stalk and cut the leaves into strips. Blanch until crisp in salt water for 3-4 minutes. Then remove and drain well.

Peel the onion and dice finely.

Stir in the plum sauce. For the dressing, combine the vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce and chili powder, and season with salt.

Mix the cabbage with the onion, put in bowls and serve drizzled with the dressing.
