2 Tbsps White vinegar
150 milliliters Beef broth
1 Tbsp Caraway
200 grams Tagliatelle

Preparation steps

Rinse and cut the cabbage into julienne. Heat the oil in a skillet. Peel and chop the onion and saute briefly. Sprinkle with sugar and cook until slightly caramelized. Drizzle with some vinegar, add the cabbage and pour in the broth. Stir in the caraway and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook , stirring occasionally until the cabbage is tender, 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, add the cabbage mixture and serve.
