2 Tbsps Orange juice

Preparation steps

Rinse cabbage, cut into quarters, remove outer leaves and core and finely slice. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes. Rinse marjoram and pluck leaves from the stems.

Mix oil in a bowl with vinegar and orange juice, add pepper, cumin and marjoram and season with salt and pepper. Mix cabbage in a large bowl with bell peppers and vinaigrette and let rest for about 30 minutes.

Chop bacon and fry in a dry skillet until crispy. Arrange cabbage salad on plates, cover with bacon and serve.
