- 1 shallot
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 5 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp chopped Dill
- ½ tsp sugar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 80 grams Cucumber
- 100 grams Greek Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 4 Radish
- 1 scoop Buffalo mozzarella (125 grams)
- 8 slices Toast
- Dill (for garnishing)
Preparation steps
1.
Peel shallot and chop finely. Combine with mustard, mayonnaise, dill and sugar, season with salt and pepper. Rinse cucumber and chop finely. Combine with yogurt and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Rinse, dry and chop radishes. Cut mozzarella into cubes. Cut out 8 circles (each 6 cm in diameter) (approximately 2.5 inches) out of bread. Spread mayonnaise mixture on 4 circles, top with other 4 slices and spread yogurt mixutre on them. Top with radishes and mozzarella. Garnish with dill and serve.
