- 3 sheets gelatin
- trout cream
- 150 grams smoked trout
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp medium heat Mustard
- 1 tsp Horseradish cream
- 150 grams Sour cream
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream ( at least 30% fat content)
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
Preparation steps

Soak gelatine sheets in cold water until softened, about 10 minutes. Combine smoked trout with lemon juice, mustard and horseradish puree. Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Combine 2 tablespoons of trout mixture with dissolved gelatine and mix well. Add the remaining mixture.

When trout mixture thickens, fold in whipping cream. Spread the mixture approximately 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick on a tray lined with cling film. Refrigerate. Rinse cucumber and cut into thin slices.
3.
Rinse and shake dry dill. If the fish spread has set, cut with a knife into small diamond-shaped pieces. Place each piece of fish spread on cucumber slice and serve garnished with trout caviar and dill.
