70 milliliters water
2 tsps white Vinegar
6 Food-safe craft sticks (for apples)
100 grams Shredded coconut

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse apples, dry, remove the stems and put a thick wooden stick in each.

2.

Distribute 50 grams (approximately 2 ounces) sugar evenly on a flat plate.

3.

Boil remaining sugar, water and vinegar in a saucepan with a thick bottom quickly and boil lively until a viscous syrup is obtained.

4.

Pull the pan from the heat immediately. Immerse the apples sequentially, rotate until they are completely covered by the syrup. Sprinkle all around with the coconut and put on the plate covered with sugar to cool.
