20 grams candied ginger
30 grams candied orange
2 Tbsps chopped Hazelnuts
2 Tbsps honey
1 generous pinch cinnamon
20 grams butter

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse apples, pat dry and remove core. Chop ginger and orange peel fine and mixed with hazelnuts and cinnamon. Stir in honey.

2.

Place cored apples into a well-greased pan. Spoon filling into apples. Place a piece of butter on top of each apple. Bake in oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 35 minutes. Serve directly from pan.
