Preparation steps

Step 1

Remove the rose petals from the flower. Weight the powdered sugar. Arrange the sugar on a small plate, then top with 40 ml (approximately 1 1/2 ounces) of room temperature water.

Mix the sugar with the water until the sugar has dissolved completely.

Using tweezers, dip each rose petal once into the sugar-water mixture.
