- 2 large, fresh Tomatoes (washed and sliced)
- 1.333 cups fresh, whole milk Mozzarella (sliced into 8 slices)
- 12 Basil
- 1 ½ Tbsps olive oil
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 1 loaf crusty Bread (to serve)
Preparation steps

Arrange (alternating) the tomatoes, mozzarella and basil together on two plates. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and peeper to taste. Serve with crusty bread.
