- 8 ripe Tomatoes
- 2 scoops Mozzarella (about 125 g)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 bunch Basil (about 30 g)
Preparation steps

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the cores, and slice. Drain and slice the mozzarella. Overlap the slices of tomato and mozzarella on a plate.

Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Rinse and dry the basil, then remove the leaves. Top the caprese with the basil leaves, and serve immediately.
