- 3 Tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- dried Chili flakes
- 2 cups Buffalo mozzarella
- 1 bunch Basil

Preparation steps
1.
Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil and then season with salt and chilli flakes. Leave to macerate for 10 minutes.

Thread onto skewers, alternating the tomatoes, cheese and basil leaves.
