- 500 grams ripe Rhubarb
- 500 grams ripe Strawberries
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 200 grams sugar
- butter (for greasing the baking pan)
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F) top and bottom heat.

Rinse the rhubarb and strawberries, trim, cut into small pieces and mix with the sugar and lemon juice. Pour the mixture onto a buttered baking sheet and let caramelize for about 5 minutes in the preheated oven.

Serve on plates.
