- 125 grams cream cheese
- 3 Tbsps Orange juice
- 150 grams carrots
- parsley (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- scallions (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 400 grams Grape
Preparation steps

Beat the cream cheese with the orange juice until combined. Rinse, peel, and coarsely grate the carrots. Mix the carrots into the cream cheese mixture. Mix in the herbs, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
2.
Rinse the grapes. Serve the cream cheese spread with the grapes and bread.
