- 125 grams cream cheese
- 3 Tbsps Orange juice
- 150 grams carrots
- 2 Tbsps parsley
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 400 grams Grape
- 1 bunch carrots
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the cream cheese with the orange juice until smooth. Rinse, peel, and coarsely grate the carrots. Mix the grated carrots into the cream cheese. Mix the herbs into the cream cheese, and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Rinse and peel both the grapes and the carrots. Serve the cream cheese spread with the carrots and grapes. The cream cheese spread also goes well spread on fresh bread.
