- For the Gomashio
- 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds (unpeeled)
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds (peeled)
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 2 Tbsps dried Orange peel
- ½ tsp Red pepper flakes
- For the wraps
- 2 carrots
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 200 grams Quark (low-fat, if desired)
- 4 Tortillas
- 150 grams Turkey breast cold cuts
- 2 sprigs cilantro
Preparation steps

For the Gomashio: Toast the unpeeled sesame seeds in a dry skillet until they are fragrant. Remove from pan and let cool. Then grind along with the peeled sesame, sea salt, orange peel and pepper flakes in a chopper.

For the wraps: Peel the carrots and finely grate. Mix with honey and lemon juice. Spread the quark on the tortillas, and place the turkey breast slices on top. Spread the carrots over the turkey and sprinkle with the cilantro leaves. Season with the Gomashio, roll up and, if desired, cut each in half and serve.
