Preparation steps

1.

Peel the kohlrabi, carrots and the onion. Finely chop the onion and cut the remaining vegetables into pieces. Sauté the onions in hot oil until translucent. Pour in the broth with the carrots and kohlrabi. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Grind the sesame seeds with a mortar. Add to the soup and season.

Serve with parsley.
