Preparation steps

1.

For the salad, peel carrots and kohlrabi and finely grate both, mix in a bowl and season with a little salt and a few splashes of lemon juice.

2.

For the dressing, cut roquefort cheese into pieces, gradually mix in a bowl with vinegar and walnut oil and season with pepper.

3.

Serve kohlrabi and carrots in bowl drizzled with the salad dressing. Serve garnished with edible flowers and dill.
